Meal Swipe Request Form for Continuous Dining- Swipe Out Hunger
If you would like to request a meal swipe into continuous dining, please fill out the form below. All information in this form will be used for the distribution of Meal Swipes. Swipe requests may not be approved the same day they are received. Filling out this form does not guarantee a swipe, as it is based off of our current availability of donated meal swipes. Meal swipes may be limited and additional help may be available to students who are in need through federal programs. If you have any questions, please email foodpantry@njit.edu and we will set you up with an appointment to come in and chat with us.
If you are approved for a meal swipe, you will receive a confirmation email. From there, you will need to come by the Food Pantry (Campus Center 478) to pick up your swipe during operational hours. Operational Hours are Tuesday 11am-2pm, 4pm-7pm, Wednesday 11am-7pm, Thursday 9am-1pm, 3pm-5pm. Other arrangements may be made for pickup outside of those hours by responding to the confirmation email.
Once the Swipe is picked up, students will hand it to the cashier in Continuous Dining for entry.
